Length: 21 cms.

Head, back and neck dark grey. Primaries and secondaries almost black. Coverts dark grey, tail light grey with the outside border of the flight feathers white. Whitish throat. Breast light grey. Whitish abdomen. Black beak, black feet, red eyes.
